HOPE

Hope without you I am lost 

Lost in a sea of nothing 

Afloat I sail in this little blue boat 

Searching for you hope. 

 

Far and wide with stars in my eyes

Searching for you hope. 

 

You once graced my days 

With such a fond gaze

But now through this haze 

I’m in such a daze.

Oh how I miss your gaze. 

 

Without you Hope who am I. 

As I somberly lie 

Tortured I die 

Dreaming of you Hope.

 

It’s been such a while 

Since I saw your sweet smile 

Lost in this sea of emptiness.  

Black of night, on the deep blue sea 

Her waves rock me still 

But she doesn’t scare me 

Lost in nothingness 

She cannot scare me.
